Nidaa project is developed within the scope of the EU Madad Lab on Youth and Digital Innovation. The aim of the EU Madad Lab was to bring young people from refugee and host communities together and provide them a platform to develop digital solutions to the problems they face. Nidaa is one of the 3 project which was developed during in Turkey.

Madad Innovation Labs were one of the main of the Qudra. The main idea in Madad Labs is to bring the stakeholders/beneficiaries of the Qudra Programme, provide a platform for dialogue, encourage them to form teams, initiate innovative project ideas and provide funding to help the teams realize their project ideas. Nidaa is one of the three projects which was developed in this scope.

Providing financial support to project ideas was integral to the program since the very beginning. The project ideas were developed during the course of a three months period by the Madad Lab participants and the amount that will be assigned to each group was decided by the Jury composed of Qudra Programme Director, German Embassy, representative and other stakeholders.


Nidaa mainly aims to enable one of the Madad Lab teams to realize their project idea which was developed through the Madad Lab and decided to be supported by the Jury. Nidaa is a project which aims to create digital platform which will include events, attractions and opportunities, for refugees and host communities.

The platform will provide information about culture, art, education and sport activities. The platform will also be a reference source about health, education, temporarily protection and legal advices which refugees need in Turkey. The interactive structure of the platform will also allow users to form groups, organize meet-ups on different topics and share success stories to inspire the community.
